In this space, we don’t treat the body like a problem to solve.
Most of us were taught to relate to our bodies through pressure —
fixing, forcing, optimizing —
as if becoming only happens when you push hard enough.
That’s not how we move here.
In The Becoming Letter, the body is a place to listen from.
Your pace matters.
Your resistance is information.
Rest is not failure.
When we talk about change, strength, food, movement, or discipline,
we’re not chasing a better version of you.
We’re practicing staying.
Nothing in this space will ask you to override yourself to belong.
You don’t have to earn your way in.
Let this be a place where your body doesn’t need defending.
